Cookie Policy

Velo Systems LLC · Last updated: October 3, 2026

Today, this site sets no cookies of its own. We do not use Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel. We do not use session replay, heat maps, or A/B testing tools. We use no other tracker on it either. We would rather tell you that plainly than show you a banner.

1. What a Cookie Is

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. It lets that site know you later. Local storage and session storage are much the same. Sites use them to keep you logged in and to hold what you like. Many sites also use them to track you across pages and other sites, for ads.

2. What velosystems.io Sets

Today, this site sets nothing of its own in your browser. Our pages are static files, served by Netlify. Our fonts, styles, and scripts all load from our own domain. The math tool on the home page runs in your browser and stores nothing. The 15-minute call request form sends what you type to our form provider only when you press submit. It sets nothing in your browser. We do not fingerprint devices. We do not read what your browser has stored.

3. Tools From Other Firms

All pagesNetlify Inc.Hosting and content deliveryNo tracking cookies on a static site. Netlify does keep plain server logs, under a policy of its own. Those hold your IP address, the page you asked for, and the time.

Would you rather not load the Cal.com widget? Then skip the /book page and email or call us. We will set a time with you.

A cookie banner is there to get your consent for cookies a site does not need. Most of those track you for ads or count who visits. We use none of them. Texas law and US law do not require a banner for a site like this. A banner would ask you to consent to something that is not happening. We use one embed from another firm, and the page needs it. It runs only on the page whose whole job is booking a call. We tell you about it here and in our Privacy Policy.

5. If This Ever Changes

This site uses no advertising trackers. If we add analytics or any other non-essential technology, this page will say so first, and where it is not strictly necessary you will get a way to decline it before it loads.

6. How to Block Cookies Yourself

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies and site storage. You do that in its settings. Most browsers let you block third-party cookies on their own. That may stop the Cal.com widget from finishing a booking. If it does, contact us and we will book the time for you.
